- South India: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation via Email or WhatsApp
- Tracking details to monitor delivery status
5. Delivery Delays

- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Public holidays or strikes
Tamzon is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Delivery refused
We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged Package During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged
- Take photos and contact us immediately
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
