At Tamzon, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via:

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you may request a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
Return Request Time
You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.
To request a return, email us with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Reason for return
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged by misuse
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- It may take additional time for the bank/payment provider to reflect the amount
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
- If the issue still persists, contact us
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
